Terms of Service & EULA

1. License Grant & Lifetime Ownership

By purchasing or downloading FlexExt Store, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software according to the edition purchased (Basic, Pro, or Ultimate). Commercial licenses (Pro and Ultimate) are lifetime licenses. Your store and administrative dashboard will never expire, deactivate, or lock out your business when the included 12-month support period ends.

2. Software Updates & Technical Support

Each commercial purchase includes 12 months of access to new software updates, security patches, and direct developer technical support. After 12 months, you may choose to renew updates at a discounted annual rate. If you choose not to renew, you retain permanent ownership of the version installed.

3. Basic (Free) Edition Terms & Mandatory Branding

The Basic Edition is provided free of charge for live production and commercial stores under the following mandatory conditions:

• Mandatory Attribution: Every page rendered by the store component must display the intact, unobtrusive "Powered by FlexExt Store" attribution linking to https://flexext.store/.
• No Tampering: Modifying, obfuscating, hiding via CSS, or removing the footer attribution in the Basic Edition constitutes a direct breach of this agreement and results in immediate license revocation.
• Account Limit: Each registered user on flexext.dev is entitled to a maximum of 3 free Basic license keys. Automated account creation or bulk key hoarding is strictly prohibited.
• White-Label Option: If you wish to remove the attribution, you must purchase a Pro or Ultimate commercial license.

4. Domain Activation Limits

Basic and Pro edition keys are restricted to one (1) single live production domain. The Ultimate Enterprise Edition permits activation on up to three (3) concurrent live domains. Local development environments (e.g. localhost, 127.0.0.1) and official staging sandboxes do not count towards your domain quota.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyright, intellectual property, and source code rights in FlexExt Store remain the exclusive property of FlexExt. You may modify the code for your own website's needs, but you may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or package the software without prior written authorization.
